ECOLOGY & CERTIFICATIONS
Our natural cosmetic products are built around CBD derived from European hemp. The hemp we use is grown without chemical pesticides in Istria, Croatia. Our CBD expert, Miro Koliseva, has spent years evaluating producers across Europe, and we’ve partnered with a supplier recognized for delivering some of the highest-quality CBD available on the market.
Although the hemp is grown using organic methods, CBD cannot receive organic certification, since some countries still classify CBD as a drug. Hemp is undoubtedly a plant of the future, with great potential for cultivation also in Finland.

Ecocert
Natural cosmetics are an ecological choice. Our products contain no chemicals that burden the environment or the human body. The raw materials we use are produced responsibly, in accordance with Ecocert certification requirements.
Our products are Ecocert-certified, meaning the ingredients have been inspected and approved by an independent third party. Ecocert is the largest and most recognized international certification organization, which considers not only the ingredients used in products but also the packaging materials.
Ecocert can grant either the Ecocert Cosmos Organic or Ecocert Cosmos Natural certification. Blank& products carry the latter. This means that at least 95% of the total ingredients in the product must be of natural origin. The raw materials must come from renewable natural resources and be produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way.
Some of the ingredients in Blank& products are certified organic. These are marked in the product-specific ingredient list (INCI list) with an asterisk (*).

Made In Finland
We are proud to carry the Key Flag symbol, a mark of Finnish craftsmanship and quality. This certification recognizes our products, made with at least 50% domestic content, as being manufactured in Finland. Made in Finland is our commitment to local production and sustainable practices.
