Thank you for shopping with Blank&! We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy for details on our shipping practices within Finland and the EU.


1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all regions within Finland, including the Åland Islands. Additionally, we offer shipping to selected countries within the European Union (EU). Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

If your country is not listed, please contact us so it can be added separately!

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • If products are available, all orders placed before 12:00am will be shipped the same day!

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Within Finland we currently offer shipping via Posti, PostNord and DB Schenker.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – Free on orders over €75; otherwise, a flat rate of €3,90 applies.

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – €10 flat rate.

Within the EU we currently offer shipping via Posti, PostNord and GLS EuroBusinessParcel:

  • Standard EU Shipping (5-10 business days) – Pricing varies per country. Please check the current prices from the checkout. 

  • If you are in a need of express shipping within EU, contact us and we ask our couriers what is the fastest option! 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays. 

4. Click & Collect
We offer free pick-up point at our warehouse in Sinikalliontie 3B, Espoo. Please have your order confirmation with you. Unfortunately pick-up at our Showroom in Aleksanterinkatu 26 isn't available, but you can purchase products in the premises!

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real-time. Some providers also provide SMS information based on your preferences. 

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to high demand, courier issues, or weather disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our us for assistance.

7. Customs and Import Duties (For EU Orders)
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. However, local VAT rates may apply based on the destination country.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

  • If your order is lost or has not arrived within the estimated time, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the courier.
